Sometimes out of the blue, I start pondering about the past...
I just feel like we are not one absolute individual ourselves. Its as if we inherited down our ancestors traits and I thought.. maybe they live in us as we live? Or to say the least, part of them.
But even so, it doesn't necessarily mean that we are to only follow past forged for us.
We should still forge our own path because we are neither the people that conceived us nor the people that conceived them.
We should not be limited by what they have done or what they can do.
We should have freedom to develop our own traits and "transcend" our ancestors just as they have "transcended" theirs.
That is our nature in the first place.
By all means, if your footsteps is the same as your parents or ancestors.. I'm not saying you should abandon that path but I find that unlikely. Though who knows, history may repeat itself in a similar scenario..
This is perhaps why I seem to think that I'm never completely alone.
But hey, the more the merrier right? Though it sucks to think about an ending of an especially joyful ride.
People do move on. We may miss them. But we'll still meet new people in our life.
