Just a head's up on whats up~
I'm in Bangkok in Thailand now.
Had my 1st time on an airplane, travelling overseas...
At the seats of the section we took, there were mini television set attached to the back of every seats.
The seats were prepared with a cloth (towel or blanket i dun really know cuz.. di'n use it at'all), a headset for the TV and flight announcements and a mini pillow, (^ o ^) yay~.
Then we were provided a small hot damp rolled-up cloth to ... from what I see... would assume is used to wipe our face with it. It will be then taken away a short while later by an air stewardess.
I begun exploring the controls of the TV controls. There was a remote controller under the screen which can be detached out but it will remain attached to a cord. Pulling it a second time further will get the controller to retract back into its original position by the cord.
Then halfway exploring the controls, the introduction announcements to the flight service begun, introducing us to the captain, teaching us about safety procedures and so on.
Awhile after it ended, the airplane started moving slowly to its runway. When they were ready, they started to accelerate the plane faster and faster, so fast that I would consider it speeding.
I could see the plane's right wing shaking a lot as it sped across the runway.
Then I could feel my weight being lifted, the plane slowly elevated upwards. Goodness that felt really weird and awesome at the same time.
While airborne, my father told me to swallow my saliva if I could feel the air pressure within me.
And then before I knew it I kept doing what he told me even when I think I didn't need to because of being nervous and all..
I could feel the plane vibrating as it passed through the air resistance and clouds which was really a beautiful sight, seeing depth-ranging rigid sun-lit cotton-like clouds speed across the window..
When we are above the cloud layers, I noticed that the right wing stopped shaking as much as it was during the acceleration on ground-level.
Its truly amazing imagining how humanity has come this far to be building machines like this...
We could see islands below, surrounded by light blueness... I could describe the sky gradient to be like the sky gradient of Minecraft, when playing as a player and being at a very high point in the sky. Dark to light to dark blue... but it truly was an awesome sight to be seeing in real life especially for the 1st time...
After enough admiring of the clouds and sky, I watched "Tad, the Lost Explorer" but I didn't really had time to finished the movie as our flight was like... around 2 hours.. soo... yea....
While watching, we had a small meal whereby the 2 air stewardess brought a meal trolley through our lane.
We get to picked what we want for our main meal and we have other smaller sets beside the main on our tray... and even drinks like Tea, Coffee, 7-Up, Coke, Red wine... etc. etc.
Well its a bit challenging to feast on a moving plane but the overall experience was really really new for me and I really enjoyed it...
When we're about to land, I could already expect a sudden shake to kick in... was instinctively right about that, followed by feeling the braking force of the plane. I saw something open on the right wing which I was told to let out vacuum and lose weight to land faster... and it eventually close after awhile... idunreallynoewhatsgoingon asdfghjkl;'
Now I'm in a hotel... not gonna say what happened the entire day but yea... seems awesome...
Well, I'm ending it here, G'night~
